Single-business internal use
You may use, print, and adapt working copies inside one legal business or sole proprietorship. Current employees, managers, and service providers may use working copies only while helping that business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share across unrelated businesses, or use the product as a paid client, course, training, coaching, or membership deliverable.
Protected digital delivery
This is a digital product; no physical item will be shipped. After Stripe confirms payment, the order page provides a private access link and signed file links that expire after ten minutes. The saved access link can request fresh file links unless the order is refunded or access is revoked. No customer account is required.
Digital purchase resolution
Digital purchases are generally not returnable, exchangeable, or cancellable after digital access begins. Christie Legacy Co will correct a verified duplicate charge and review a wrong, missing, corrupt, inaccessible, materially defective, or materially misdescribed file. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be limited still apply.
Bounded order support and updates
Support covers order access, missing or corrupt files, wrong files, and basic opening instructions, with a target response within two business days. It does not include customization, product completion, software training, implementation consulting, review of confidential information, or professional advice. Future editions, feature updates, and ongoing support are not included unless Christie Legacy Co says otherwise in writing.
Compatibility
Requires software that can extract ZIP files, a standard PDF reader, Microsoft Word or compatible DOCX software, and Microsoft Excel or a compatible XLSX application. Formatting and formulas may vary outside Microsoft Office.
Privacy and payment processing
Stripe processes payment details. Christie Legacy Co receives the minimum order and entitlement information needed to confirm, deliver, support, document, or refund the purchase and does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe collects the buyer email needed for the receipt and delivery link. Before Stripe opens, the website asks for a separate yes-or-no marketing choice and attaches that answer to the paid order. A purchase does not enroll the buyer in marketing, and declining marketing does not affect order or delivery messages.
