Yes. Chart of accounts maintenance is included in Monthly Bookkeeping, and account organization can be part of a QuickBooks Online setup project. Any changes are based on the records reviewed and the agreed service scope.

They are not automatically included in the starting scope. Payroll involvement, inventory, receivables, payables, extra companies, higher transaction volume, and additional accounts may be quoted separately when they fit the service.

QuickBooks Online Setup & Organization, QuickBooks Reporting Setup, and Bookkeeping Workflow Setup each start at $500. Basic QuickBooks Cleanup starts at $500 one time for up to one prior month, one QuickBooks company, 100 transactions, and three bank or credit accounts. Additional cleanup months start at $250 per month. More complex cleanup and custom workflow, SOP, or Operational Intelligence projects are reviewed and quoted separately.

The $50 Guided Clarity & Scope Session is a private 30-minute meeting focused on one bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, reporting, workflow, or operations problem. It includes a short intake, a recommended path, three practical next steps within one business day, and one short clarification within three business days.

Monthly Bookkeeping does not include a recurring guided session. Bookkeeping + Business Reporting includes one 30-minute Monthly Results Discussion. Bookkeeping + Operational Intelligence includes one 60-minute operations session and up to two short between-session questions. Project support is included when it is part of the project plan.
