3. No Client Relationship

Viewing the website, downloading general resources, sending an inquiry, or communicating before a signed engagement does not create a consultant-client, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. A client relationship begins only when our company and the client accept a written Statement of Work (SOW) under an applicable agreement and any required payment is received.

4. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that website information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular business, or that using it will produce a particular result. Businesses differ, and implementation decisions remain the user's responsibility.

5. Permitted Use

You may view and use the website for lawful internal business and informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, license, reverse engineer, interfere with, probe, overload, or misuse the website; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; submit false or unlawful information; or use content to create a competing commercial product without written permission.

9. Digital Product Purchases

What you are buying and how it is delivered

Digital products are the electronic files, templates, guides, workbooks, or other materials identified on the applicable product page. No physical item is included. After Stripe confirms payment, the website provides a private access link and time-limited signed download links. Third-party payment, hosting, and storage providers apply their own terms and security practices.

Single-business license

Unless a product page states otherwise, purchase provides one legal business or sole proprietorship a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, print, and edit the product for its internal operations. Current employees, managers, and service providers may use working copies only while helping that licensed business. Separate legal businesses and clients need separate licenses. The product may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, publicly posted, given away, repackaged for sale, or used as a paid consulting, training, coaching, course, membership, or client deliverable.

Refunds, cancellations, and file problems

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation after digital access begins. We will correct a verified duplicate billing error and will review a missing, wrong, corrupt, inaccessible, materially defective, or materially misdescribed file. We may correct or replace the file or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited still apply.

Immediate access and consumer rights

By requesting immediate digital delivery, a buyer acknowledges that access may affect a cancellation or withdrawal right where applicable. Any mandatory consumer right or remedy remains in effect.

Support, updates, and compatibility

Basic support covers order access, missing or corrupt files, wrong files, and basic opening instructions, with a target response within two business days. It does not include product completion, customization, software training, consulting, review of confidential information, or professional advice. Purchase includes the identified product version; future editions, feature updates, implementation services, and ongoing support are not included unless stated in writing. Buyers are responsible for confirming that their device and software can use the listed file formats.

10. Privacy

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR COMPANY AND ITS PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE. OUR COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE DURING THE PRECEDING SIX MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. This provision does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Governing Law and Venue

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement for website use, but do not replace a signed client agreement.
